Mark was very helpful. so far so good on the solution to the issue. more to go yet. Your emails to me do not include wrapping of long sentences . . . the just string out i have raised this issue in the past - it should be an easy fix for LPgs

My assistance by James Carr was absolutely perfect. I have worked with him in the past which was the same experience . I called today to try to get him to assist me with a few things and left a call back number while waiting my turn. Upon receiving my return call I recognized his voice , the luck of the draw I got to speak to the person I wanted to! Once again he was very attentive and answered my questions and took care of my problems! He should get a raise! I hope if I ever need assistance again I will get the luck of James answering the phone!

Mark immediately identified the problem I had sending an attachment through my email account and explained why an error occurred rejecting the attachment (more aggressive spam filter algorithms). He offered a solution and waited on the phone while I made the correction and re-sent the message with the attachment. He verified that it had gone through successfully. Problem solved and lesson learned. Pleasant to talk to, patient, and efficient.

Tech fixed access issues with two of my add on domain sites today and then walked me through the PHP update process and checked on some infected code. He took the time to make sure all my questions (even the stupid ones) were answered and never talked down to me. I've been a customer for around 15 years and you've never let me down.

JD was amazing to work with. He not only had helpful solutions to my issues but also educated me on background information so that I can now make better decisions independently moving forward. He also made himself available by name in the future so that I can continue speaking with the same (helpful) representative while moving through the further developments. In addition, he was kind, patient, concise, and thorough. (in general I have had a tough time moving my website from using html code to using a content management system while still utilizing a theme that looks like my website/business style.)

Mark was professional, patient, and involved. While the problem has not been resolved yet (related to the php upgrade), I feel like I'm getting the support I need to get it back up. Mark aside, though, the tech support over the weekend was fast and responsive, but as of Monday morning dropped to little feedback and long waits 2 of my 3 sites are still down.
