I had a malware (php script infection) I paid for managed hosting which was the only solution available short of wiping out my account. It took 13 days and multiple status inquiries to resolve the issues. I am grateful for the help and glad a positive outcome was obtained bu I also feel it took way, way, to long.

I worked with JD and Richard Garcia on this problem. They did a good job of trying to fix my problem bit they needed to submit the ticket to Weebly to fix the problem. I am very happy with how these guys try to what they can to help their customers. The weebly site builder can be tempermental but the technical support team can always get it fixed for me.

Your customer service rep was very friendly and quickly solved my problem. I have been with Lunarpages for more than a decade and have enjoyed it. I rarely have any problems and whenever I need to contact support they are always incredibly friendly and helpful and have easily solved my problems. I really love Lunarpages!
