Employment: Sales Executive

Sales Executive Job Description:

The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with the sales team members, support team and technologies team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction. The Insides Sales Representative will also generate revenue by:

  • Soliciting new business opportunities
  • Identify prospective needs by qualifying probable customer’s and sales leads
  • Interpret client technical requirements by working with our technologies team when necessary
  • Providing technical information and required proposals
  • Developing accounts by establishing client relationships
  • Closing sales

Job Duties:

  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
  • Increase sales and average hosting plan size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and offering promotional sales concessions when applicable or necessary
  • Notify the client of all complementary Lunarpages services and add-on features
  • Recommend alternate products based client cost, budget or specifications requirements
  • Present price, prorated credits and billing terms in accordance with standard procedures and Lunarpages profitability profiles (Reviewable with Management)
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, and quotes
  • Provide accurate information regarding set-up times and availability of hosting services
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations (Outbound Sales Efforts)
  • Support Lunarpages social branding by attending business mixers, trade shows, or reading trade journals
  • Setup and maintain customer files within the company’s CRM Tool
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers
